My
Training
Philosophy
I
believe in the natural way to health
and fitness, where training should be fun and enjoyable, and
considered a part of your daily healthy living routine. There
are no short cuts or special formulas to get and keep one fit
and in good health, but with a goal, desire, and determination
the possibilities are endless. True confidence is about you and
not just your body, when you feel good about yourself it changes
how you feel about everything in your life. Whatever your
reflection in the mirror, you are always the same person and our
bodies are just our tools for a healthy life. Treat your body
as a home you want to live and feel comfortable in. My
competitive background taught me the values of hard work and
disciplined efforts to achieve desired results and I pass that
along to each person I work with.

When
working with athletes for sports enhancement I focus on athletic
and personal self-improvement specific to the athlete’s sport. I
develop techniques for speed and quickness; efficiency of
movement and athleticism; reduce the potential for injury during
activity and promote self-confidence through repetition and
success.
My
Weight Loss
Philosophy
I believe the road to
weight loss is a personal journey that begins with
behavioral changes and self-motivation. These changes
develop habits and ways of thinking and acting which
enrich and uplift individuals physically, emotionally
and spiritually. I want to give people the means to live
a happier life. If they're happier, they commit more.
They become stronger physically and in turn become
stronger in every facet of their lives.
